Our Parish is happy to announce that it has started a youth group for high school students and it’s going great! We do outings, fun activities, service projects, and have meetings once a month. We will be starting a Bible study for those who want to go deeper in their faith and their walk with God.

Adult Help: We need you! The Youth Group needs adult and young adults help. We are looking for people to come help out at meetings once a month, or at Bible study once a month, or to help chaperone trips and outings that we take. The requirement is minimal but without you, we can’t make this happen and it can’t be sustained. If we get enough parent help and support for it, we will eventually start a Middle School Youth Group.

Youth Group Mission Statement
(Mt. 22:37-40; Mt. 28:18-20)

Our Youth Ministry seeks to help teens develop a vibrant love for God and His church, create lasting friendships, grow in our relationship with Jesus, serve God and others selflessly, and live out our faith daily being authentic witnesses to the world.

GOD: Our goal is to help teens develop a deep, unshakable faith in God and a vibrant, real relationship with Him.

GROUP: We are also here to make lasting friendships, to have a lot of fun, and to grow in respect for those in our group.

DISCIPLESHIP: Taking the journey of discipleship is becoming more than just a believer. It’s loving and following Jesus with our whole hearts and making Him #1 in our lives.

SERVICE: Our group also exists to help teens discover themselves, their gifts and talents, and to teach them to serve those around them.

REACHING OUT: We seek to become authentic witnesses to Jesus Christ and His great love, to reach out to others (religious and non-religious), and to make them feel welcome. This also challenges us to share the truth of Christ and our Catholic faith when we are called to.
