The cemetery is located at 315 Buckingham Avenue in Milford.

After you have contacted a funeral director, he will call the rectory to arrange a time for the funeral. We will have a member of our funeral planning committee contact you to set up a convenient time to meet with you to discuss music and liturgical readings for the Mass. If you are not using a funeral home, please call us directly and we will make the necessary arrangements together.

Pre-Purchase (Grave Plots Only)

Pre-purchase planning helps you and your family make the best decisions for the future. By planning today, rather than when needs arises later, you can enjoy these benefits:

  • You avoid putting your family through hasty decisions at a stressful time

  • You lock in today’s pricing for use in the distant future

  • You pre-select the location and type of burial

With the St. Mary Pre-Need Planning, an experienced staff person can guide you through your choices of:

  • Below Ground Burial (Cemetery Graves): St. Mary Cemetery allows for each grave the burial of one (1) departed loved one.

  • Cremation: St. Mary Cemetery allows for cremains to be buried below ground, with one individual per plot.

In addition to helping the family during a stressful time, you can relieve the financial burden of spreading your pre-need arrangements over an agreed upon time period.

* For those who would like to take advantage of pre-purchase arrangements or to receive more information, contact the Cemetery Superindent.

* Please note: When purchasing a grave, it is only for burial rights in that plot.  Monuments have to be purchased separately.

Burial Options

St. Mary Cemetery offers two burial options: Traditional Burial and Cremation

With the St. Mary Pre-Purchase Planning, an experienced staff person can guide you through your choices of:

  • Below Ground Burial (Cemetery Graves) St. Mary Cemetery allows for each grave the burial of one (1) departed loved one.

  • Cremation: St. Mary Cemetery allows for cremains to be buried below ground, with two individuals per plot.
